There are also many public pay lots within walking distance, or you may choose to park at Horton Plaza, just three blocks from the Chamber Building, where parking is free for three hours with validation from the machine in front of Macy’s. The main entrance to the Horton Plaza parking structure is off 4th Avenue, just south of Broadway.
